Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you visit this site, buy the NORVA Halo, or contact us.

1. Who is responsible

Norva, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: getnorva@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
When you email us: your address and whatever you write to us.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
When you browse: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser. See section 7.

We never receive your full card number. Card details go straight to the payment provider.

3. Who else handles it

  • Shopify Inc. — runs the shop and stores order data
  • Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout — Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay each process their own share of your payment
  • The carrier — delivers your parcel and needs your address
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — receives limited visitor data through the Meta Pixel, only if you've accepted marketing cookies in the banner

They act on our instructions. Where a processor is outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of how we use it, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email getnorva@gmail.com and we answer within one month. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se).

5. Cookies

Some cookies are needed for the shop to work at all — your session, what is in your order, and the cookie choice you have already made. Those run automatically. Analytics and marketing cookies — including the Meta Pixel, which measures how our ads perform — only run if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

6. Changes

We update this policy when what we do changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
