By placing an order through this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who you are buying from

NORVA is a brand name used for this trade. Reach us at getnorva@gmail.com.

2. What these terms cover

They apply to every order placed through shopnorva.com. Placing an order means you accept them. We may change them; the version published here when you order is the one that governs that order.

3. The product

We sell one physical product — the NORVA Halo memory foam travel pillow — on its own and in multipacks. Photography is representative. Foam density and the texture of the cover can vary slightly between production batches.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and the providers listed at checkout. We never see or store your card details. Free shipping is included in the price shown.

5. When the contract exists

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error on our side, stock we do not have — we may decline it and refund you in full.

6. Delivery and returns

Set out on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw. Our Refund Policy explains how to use it and who pays what.

8. What the Halo is not

It is a travel pillow, not a medical device. It is not designed to treat a neck injury, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a neck or spine condition, ask a doctor before using it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed connection or lost working time.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photography, design and the NORVA name on this site are ours. You may not reuse them commercially.
