Most travel pillows prop up your chin. The Halo catches your head where it actually falls — sideways — with a memory-foam wall deep enough to stop the drop.
Why it works
The moment you fall asleep sitting up, your head tips sideways. A thin horseshoe has nothing to catch it with, so you wake at the bottom of the drop — every twenty minutes, all night. The Halo's walls stand 14 cm of open-cell memory foam: deep enough to stop the fall, soft enough that it never feels like a brace.
Construction
Cover — heather grey wool blend. Unzips and machine washes at 30°C.
Lining — ribbed 3D spacer mesh against the neck, so air keeps moving and there's no damp patch after four hours.
Core — open-cell memory foam, 14 cm tall on both sides.
Bound edge — the rim is taped rather than raw-stitched, so it doesn't fray in a bag.
Overlapping ends — the arms cross over instead of meeting edge to edge, so the opening closes around your neck rather than gaping.
